Cesar & Associates Health Plan Advisors was founded with a simple mission: help families in the Coachella Valley navigate the confusing world of insurance and estate planning — in a language they understand.

For over 15 years, we've been the go-to resource for Medicare enrollment, health insurance, life insurance, and estate planning in Indio, Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Cathedral City, and the surrounding communities.
